This book is good, although it may not creep itself into being one of my favorites. It’s full of, and based around, a story. I don’t mind books written that way, but I was looking for more meat this time around. Of course, it could just be me. The stories are interesting and they do show how God works in our lives, but…I don’t know. It just feels like something is missing. Or maybe Cindi just hasn’t gotten to “it” yet.
This chapter focused on when other people think you should be content with what you have instead of wanting more. Our God is a God of MORE, she points out, and I completely agree. Just look at all of creation – the color, the variety, the more. Far more than we can imagine. Trust on that today and always, always ask for more.
